Mike Novogratz’s Galaxy Digital wants to buy Celsius-owned custody firm GK8! But they’re worried about possible entanglements and encumbrances. Also, the judge got all the paperwork dumped on him the night before and blew up at the lawyers a couple of times.
We don’t know why Galaxy wants GK8 — Galaxy is losing money and GK8 is losing money. Perhaps Mike needs another tattoo to go with the memorial to Terra-Luna on his arm.
