In this update:

• Toot toot, I’m a boat: 3AC’s yacht, Intelligencer on Zhu and Davies, and how much 3AC are to blame for all of this. (Somewhat, but all their customers were greedy fools too.)
• Voyager wants to pay remarkable sums to existing employees, just ‘cos they’re nice, and certainly not to shut them up.
• Celsius is in a hole, and wants to keep mining.
• The US Trustee seems to think Alex Mashinsky can’t be trusted!
• Did Celsius literally do a Ponzi scheme when it paid investors more in returns than was actually being generated in yield?
• Hodlnaut finally applies for creditor protection.
