Yet another PR agency is blatantly busted doing the thing we patiently warn<\/a> them<\/a> against<\/a> over and over<\/a>, with the consequences<\/a> we warn them of over and over.<\/p>\n

The apparently-unanimous industry response, per PR Week: “It’s all Wikipedia’s fault, they should make it easier for us to spin.”<\/a><\/p>\n

PRCA in particular appear to have turned their opinion 180° since June, when they heartily endorsed<\/a> the CIPR\/WMUK guidelines<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Guys, this really doesn’t help your case.<\/p>\n

(CIPR have strongly dissented<\/a>. PR Week didn’t get around to asking them.)<\/p>\n
