The Tezos Foundation was sufficiently focused on the US to be considered under its jurisdiction. Palley: &#8220;None of this is really surprising.&#8221; Amy Castor <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ahcastor\/status\/1026985154508738563\">notes<\/a> that the &#8220;worst thing for Tezos is judge concludes that there was lot of contact with the U.S. in terms of marketing and selling the token.
