Gox is out of bankruptcy, as its assets have reached 100% of value owed to creditors. It has now entered a process of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chepicap.com\/en\/news\/1540\/mt-gox-ends-bankruptcy-proceedings-and-commences-civil-rehabilitation.html\">civil rehabilitation,<\/a> which allows a bankrupt company in Japan to force changes to the terms of a debt. Instead of the trustee selling the bitcoins, their value\u00a0\u2014 <em>or the coins themselves<\/em> \u2014 may be distributed to creditors. This is likely to take place <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtgox.com\/img\/pdf\/20180622_announcement_en.pdf\">next year.<\/a> Creditors may even also get their equivalent Bitcoin Cash.
