The <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcointalk.org\/index.php?topic=2439554.0\">BitcoinTalk announcement<\/a> says BCD is &#8220;proof of stake&#8221;. You get 10 BCD for every existing BTC. They offer encryption of balances, 8 megabyte blocks and SegWit. Their comparison chart still includes SegWit2x (B2X). They claim a pile of exchanges. The developers are listed as &#8220;007&#8221;, &#8220;Evey&#8221; and &#8220;?&#8221;, which definitely engenders complete trust in me. The GitHub link doesn&#8217;t go anywhere and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/diamond.bitcoin.73\">Facebook page<\/a> isn&#8217;t active. The <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BitcoinDiamond_\">Twitter<\/a> works. Bitcoin Diamond futures are already alleged to have a <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/currencies\/bitcoin-diamond\/\">price<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Chainalysis thinks <a href=\"http:\/\/fortune.com\/2017\/11\/25\/lost-bitcoins\/\">4 million bitcoins are effectively lost<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nikolay Nikiforov, Russia&#8217;s Minister for Communications and Mass Media, says <a href=\"http:\/\/tass.com\/economy\/976510\">Russia is unlikely to legalise Bitcoin<\/a>. &#8220;However, I think that it is quite possible to use blockchain technology and the use of various digital tokens,&#8221; <em>e.g.<\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/davidgerard.co.uk\/blockchain\/2017\/10\/16\/the-russian-cryptoruble-story-whats-actually-happening-here\/\">cryptorubles<\/a>. Maybe.<\/li>\n<li>Anyone with a website who looks at their logs knows automated exploit attempts happen continuously. These include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bleepingcomputer.com\/news\/security\/theres-some-intense-web-scans-going-on-for-bitcoin-and-ethereum-wallets\/\">attacks scanning for Bitcoin wallet files<\/a>.
